SALARY TRANSPARENCY REPORT

As determined by the MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment) through Law No. 14,611 and established in Ordinance No. 3,714/2023, as well as our commitment to transparency, we are publishing Prodiet Medical Nutrition's Report on Transparency and Equal Pay for Women and Men.

This report was drawn up by the Federal Government based on the information reported by the company via eSocial, which was structured taking into account the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), a system that organizes and classifies existing professions in Brazil.

Prodiet Medical Nutrition is constantly promoting transparent and equitable remuneration policies, performance appraisals and development opportunities for its employees and notes that the data presented by the MTE, generated through the Emprega Brasil Portal, refers to the year 2022 and does not reflect the current reality.

The data in the reports is published in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data - LGPD 13 709/2018.
